We are excited to tell you that on 21 June 2021 our Online Self Service portal will be upgraded to make for an even better customer experience.

Your password will remain the same and only the username is changing.

IMPROVED USAGE GRAPHS

Our new portal allows you to quickly and easily interrogate your consumption data down to a day’s 48 half hour intervals. It also has a handy Annual Usage Comparison chart so you can see how you’re tracking.
