We maintain a Do Not Contact List, which allows you to register your details to prevent us or our agents contacting you for sales and marketing purposes. You can register for the Do Not Contact list regardless of whether or not you are a current customer.
You can register for 1st Energy’s Do Not Contact list via any of the following methods:
- Email: support@1stenergy.com.au (please provide your name, address and phone number)
- Phone: 1300 426 594 (8.30am to 6pm AEST Monday to Friday)
- Mail: PO Box 1045, Hampton VIC 3188
- In person: Level 4, 459 Little Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000. Registrations take around 10 business days to process.
