Call our friendly team prior to your move in date and we’ll organise to get your power connected for you. (Please note – connection fees may apply)
Prepare your meter
If you have a basic meter then ensure there is easy access by having nothing obstructing the meter. If you have a smart meter please ensure the main switch is in the off position.
You’re good to go!
For a basic meter once the fuse is re-inserted you can turn the main switch back on and your power is on.
With a smart meter once it tells you it is energised then you also turn the main switch back on and you’re good to go.

Ensure clear access to meter
Access to your meter should always be clear, no locked gates or animals obstructing your meter. This will ensure we can get you connected!
Step 3
You’re good to go!
On the day of connection ensure your main switch is in the off position so a fuse can be inserted to give you power. Once connection is complete you may turn your main switch to the on position. And you’re good to go!
