I have reviewed and accept the pricing, fees, charges, benefits and key terms of the offer I have selected.
I understand that, if this request is accepted by 1st Energy, I will enter a new retail contract with 1st Energy for the offer I have selected. Once the new plan has been processed and applied to 'my account', the applicable prices and charges will apply from the effective date of the new offer.
