Using the unique reference number found on your bill, it’s easy to make a payment. To pay via BPay, please call your bank, building society or credit union to make payment from your cheque or savings account or use their online facility.

Customers receiving Centrelink benefits can apply for energy payments to be made via Centrepay. You can contact Centrelink on 1800 050 004 and quote 1st Energy’s Centrepay Reference Number 555117312V to arrange your Centrepay deductions.
