Unclaimed Money Notice (South Australia)
In accordance with the Unclaimed Money Act 2021 (SA), EL Retail Energy Pty Ltd is required to manage money that has remained unclaimed by its owner for a period of five years or more.
If you believe EL Retail Energy Pty Ltd holds money belonging to you (such as unpresented cheques, overpayments, or unpaid dividends) from a transaction in South Australia, you may be entitled to claim these funds.
