My Account lets you manage the main parts of your energy account online. Depending on your account and meter, you can generally:
- view and pay bills
- view energy usage
- manage payment and contact details
- view account or property information
Some additional features vary by account, including Direct Debit, authorised contacts and moving details.

Account number starts with 9
Your account number is at the top of your latest bill or welcome email.
