If you have both electricity and gas, the services may transfer at different times.

We’ll let you know when each transfer is complete. There shouldn’t be any interruption to your energy supply while you switch retailers.

Moving into a new property

We’ll arrange the connection or account setup for your nominated move-in date. Connection timing and distributor fees can vary, and we’ll let you know if we need meter access or anything else from you before the connection.
