General Information, Plan Information

What is the Reference Price?

The Reference Price is a benchmark that helps customers compare electricity offers.

In New South Wales, South Australia and south-east Queensland it is called the Default Market Offer (DMO). In Victoria, the comparable benchmark is the Victorian Default Offer (VDO).

Plan information may show an estimated annual cost and how that compares with the relevant benchmark for a model customer. It is a comparison tool, not a personalised forecast of your exact bill.

For plans currently available at your property, enter your address and review the plan information provided.
